Scribner Investment Company’s Recent Commercial Investments
A real estate investor since his early 20s, Keith Scribner of Spokane is the founder of Scribner Investment Company, also known as Scribco. He started the firm while earning a bachelor of arts in Business Management and Marketing from Spokane’s Eastern Washington University. Since developing an interest in real estate, Keith Scribner has purchased and developed several dozen commercial investments, including retail centers, medical and office buildings, and restaurants.
His Green Bluff Square investment in Mead, Washington, for instance, is a seven-acre commercial property located on Washington’s Highway 2. Green Bluff Square comprises 12 individual commercial lots, with a Maverik gas station occupying the corner lot entrance.
Another commercialized interest under Scribner Investment Companies is Division Street Place Retail Center. Still in the first phase of construction, Division Street Place is an 8,700-square foot retail center located in the Spokane downtown business district. The three-phase project will total approximately 24,000 square feet when the final stage of construction is completed. Other Scribco projects include the 2,800-square feet Grand Place Retail Center located at South Hill and the City View Plaza Office Center located in Spokane’s medical district.
